Together for Mental Wellbeing is hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support adults in the community. The role uses a four week rolling rota including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with a sleep-in allowance of £72.85 per sleep-in and mileage payments for travel to appointments.

You will employ a person-centred recovery approach, help clients set goals, develop risk and recovery plans, and liaise with services to enable movement and independence. Driving is required.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals to engage in the service and achieve their goals through person-centred planning, recovery-focused interventions and key work; act as a support navigator to utilise resources; empower individuals to exercise choice and control and develop reviews of assessments and safety/recovery plans.
