Job summary

The Bradford Moor Practice in Bradford is looking for a reliable, motivated and flexible receptionist to join our busy team. The role requires SystmOne experience, good computer and communication skills, and a willingness to work 25.5 hours per week.

You will greet patients and visitors, signpost to the appropriate healthcare professional, register new patients, book appointments and support clinicians during surgery.

Qualifications

• SystmOne experience required.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• English and maths to GCSE standard.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience at a GP Practice.
• Disclosure and Barring Service check required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing patients and visitors at reception.
• Signposting patients to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Registering new patients and booking appointments.
• Using photocopier, telephone, email and SystmOne.
• Responding to clinicians' needs during surgery.
• Providing clerical support to patient services, e.g. post, data input and scanning.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy reception and office area.
