Bupa UK is seeking a proactive Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for Havelock Court Care Home in Stockwell, London. You will create engaging activities, tailor plans to residents’ needs, and work closely with care teams to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly with some weekend work. You will run morning and afternoon sessions, manage an activity planner within budget, organise celebrations, coordinate with community groups, and support residents

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with budgeting and paperwork management.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and performers for days out/events at the home.
• Organise one-to-ones with residents, using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, or a chat.
• Support the home with social media channels as required.
