Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a Casual Library & Information Officer to support the daily operation of library services across West Dunbartonshire. You will assist users in accessing resources, activities and information in a friendly and courteous manner.

The role requires ICT knowledge to ECDL level or equivalent, good communication skills, and prior customer-facing experience. This is a casual position with flexible hours, supporting libraries, school libraries, and related services.

• Recent experience in a customer-facing role
• Working knowledge of ICT to ECDL level or equivalent

• Ability to support daily library operations
