Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical items and lift items as required.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer care across Libraries and Neighbourhood Hubs.
• Support customers to access online and offline library services.
• Assist with promotion and delivery of activities and events.
• Carry out stock control and promote loan materials across formats.
• Provide general administrative support and help reconcile cash in line with procedures.
