Job summary

Coba Education is seeking Level 3 Qualified Nursery Teaching Assistants to support children in Northampton nurseries, across day-to-day supply, short-term, and longer-term placements. You will work within EYFS settings, assisting with activities and promoting development.

The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment, working with nursery staff and parents, and ensuring high safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent is required.
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate is essential.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, positive and proactive approach and DBS Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Assist with learning through play and planned activities.
• Promote children's development, wellbeing and independence.
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
• Work closely with nursery staff and parents.
