Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years ownership required.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities.
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
• Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
