NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Sector Superintendent Radiographer to lead the Clyde Sector and Royal Hospital for Children. You will provide strategic and professional leadership across Diagnostic Imaging, shaping service delivery, innovation and workforce development to meet national objectives.

Working with Clinical Directors and partners, you will drive service redesign, governance, and performance improvement while fostering research, education and evaluation across imaging

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Radiographer with HCPC registration (DCR or BSc).
• Masters level qualification or equivalent management training.
• Proven track record of success in a senior management position.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and professional leadership for all radiography services within the Clyde Sector and Royal Hospital for Children.
• Lead service redesign, transformation and innovation programmes aligned with national objectives.
• Ensure robust clinical governance, quality assurance and risk management arrangements.
• Develop and implement workforce strategies to support recruitment, retention, succession planning and advanced practice.
• Manage delegated budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources.
• Support delivery of national imaging recovery and modernisation programmes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC, IR(ME)R 17 and IRR regulations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional partners to improve patient pathways and outcomes.
• Promote research, innovation, education and service evaluation across Diagnostic Imaging.
