Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and device imaging.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Proficiency with Active Directory user management.
• Experience using ITSM tools to handle incidents and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT incident and service request support.
• Resolve hardware, software, mobile, and account issues end-to-end.
• Communicate updates clearly to users throughout ticket lifecycle.
• Configure and support laptops, devices, and standard software.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions and group memberships.
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes and document activities.
