Job summary

Infleqtion UK is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide responsive first-line IT support for Windows, macOS and Linux environments. You will handle incidents and service requests, manage devices and user lifecycles, and ensure day-to-day IT services run smoothly in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and good communication. Travel up to 10% may be required across international sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in IT support or service desk.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Understanding of user accounts, permissions and access management.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via FreshService and direct user engagement.
• Log, categorise, prioritise and track incidents through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and common business apps.
• Support laptops, desktops and peripherals including printers.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access changes.
• Maintain asset records and user documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Engineer as needed.
