Home Group in St Austell is seeking flexible workers to join our community support team across services based at Eastbourne Road. You will pick shifts that fit your commitments and help customers maintain independence through practical daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work at short notice is essential.
• Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
• Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop independence and achieve goals in their support plans.
• Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
• Help with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and appointments.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Help customers move toward independence and community living.
