No prior care experience is required; the role offers full training, flexible shifts (days, nights, sleep-ins, weekends) and a values-led team dedicated to meaningful, person-centred support. This is a role where your contributions matter and can lead to a long-term career in Health & Social Care.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Friendly and confident communicator.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
• Work in people’s own homes, community-based services, adult care homes or independent hospitals.
• Provide personalised support aligned with individual plans and aspirations.
