Job summary

Solo Housing (East Anglia) is seeking a Housing and Support Delivery Officer to manage housing services and provide tailored support to residents across East Anglia. You will deliver person-centred guidance to help maintain tenancies and achieve positive outcomes, including assisting residents facing homelessness to gain independence.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication with stakeholders, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management and support services within a social housing or support setting.
• Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging circumstances.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housing management services to residents in Solo Housing properties.
• Provide person-centred support to help individuals maintain accommodation and outcomes.
• Work with people facing homelessness or complex life challenges to improve independence.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Carry out regular resident visits, welfare checks, and support planning.
• Manage cases with accurate records and reports on internal systems.
• Collaborate with local authorities, landlords, and partner agencies for effective support.
• Maximise rental income through tenancy and arrears management.
• Support residents to move into long-term, settled accommodation.
