Job summary

Randstad Education in Bristol is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN settings. You will work across multiple schools during placements, helping maintain engaging lessons and a positive learning environment.

You’ll benefit from fixed daytime hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM), weekly pay, and the chance to make a real difference in pupils’ learning journeys through diverse placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK classrooms preferred.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers with daily classroom management and the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Work 1-to-1 or in small groups with pupils requiring extra learning or behavioural support.
• Encourage student engagement, boost confidence, and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
• Help create and maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all students.
• Assist with task differentiation to meet the needs of pupils with varied learning requirements, including those with SEN.
