Job summary

Randstad Education in Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support local primary, secondary and SEN schools across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will work 1-to-1 or in small groups, aid classroom management and help deliver engaging lessons.

Fixed daytime hours 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and flexible day-to-day or short-term contracts are available, with ongoing support from dedicated recruitment consultants to find the right school fit. DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 months of UK classroom experience is required.
• Checks: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one immediately.
• Availability: Free to work between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM on full-school-day bookings.
• Core skills: Strong communication, patience, adaptability, proactive attitude.
• Travel: Based in or able to commute across Bristol and surrounding areas.
