Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support local primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Bristol and surrounding areas. The role offers fixed daytime hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM) with a variety of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term contracts to suit your schedule.

You will work with pupils of different ages, provide 1:1 or small-group support, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK classroom settings is essential.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers with daily classroom management and delivery of lessons.
• Work 1-to-1 or in small groups with pupils needing extra learning or behavioral support.
• Encourage student engagement, boost confidence, and promote positive behavior.
