Job summary

Stoneacre The Number One Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver the highest level of customer experience and manage the flow of information between workshop and customer. You will ensure service excellence, accurate updates, and smooth administration of vehicle handovers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of service advisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Kerridge/ADP systems. A supportive team environment and ongoing product training are provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is essential.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face).
• Strong attention to detail and time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions on behalf of the dealership.
• Identify service needs and requirements of the customer.
• Agree work scope and timeframes with customers.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm completion times and relay updates.
• Carry out visual inspections for any damage.
• Provide progress updates to customers.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Assist with handling complaints per policy.
• Ensure handover and administration of vehicles is complete and high-quality.
• Deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times.
