Kier Group plc is seeking a Section Engineer to join the Sizewell C Project team in Suffolk. You will plan, supervise site operations, and act as technical lead for a defined section of works within a regulated nuclear infrastructure environment.

You will support the Sub-Agent, interpret drawings and specifications, coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, and promote a strong safety culture while delivering high-quality construction activities on schedule.

Formación

• Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Experience in civil engineering, including site engineering and setting out in infrastructure, highways, heavy civils, or structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, temporary works, and quality systems.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Working towards ICE or CIOB membership and hold a CSCS card.

Responsabilidades

• Interpreting and implementing drawings, specifications, and design requirements on site.
• Supervising site operations and coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Assisting with short-term planning, programme updates, and progress tracking to keep the project on schedule.
• Producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and delivering safety briefings.
• Maintaining as-built records and quality documentation to meet standards.
