Job summary

Grandir UK is hiring a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner to deliver high‑quality care and learning across our nurseries. You will create safe, nurturing environments, support development through play, and work with teams to uphold high standards of care.

The role requires an EYFS qualification, willingness to travel within the local nursery cluster, and prior nursery experience. DBS checks and safeguarding remain a priority, with opportunities to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
