Job summary

GrandirUK is seeking an Early Years practitioner to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children across our local nursery cluster in Esher.

You will follow EYFS guidelines, support development through play and planned activities, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. Join a supportive team committed to safeguarding and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is required.
• The role requires flexibility to travel across the local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting is desirable.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
