Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking a Nursery Assistant for our GrandFlex Bank team. You will help deliver high-quality care and stimulate early years development across multiple sites.

You’ll work with warm, supportive teams, follow EYFS guidelines, maintain safeguarding standards, and travel across our local nursery cluster to gain broad experience. DBS check will be completed for all successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Experience in early years or childcare settings is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop in early years.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
