Job summary

The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield, seeks a Flexible Host – Eagle Bar to be the first point of contact for guests visiting one of the hotel's vibrant bar destinations.

You will create a warm welcome, manage reservations and seating, escort guests to tables, and provide information about menus, while upholding Rosewood's standards of hospitality in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in host, reception, guest relations or hospitality roles preferred.
• Warm, engaging and confident when interacting with guests.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to remain composed and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
