Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for beverages, service excellence and guest experiences.
• Confident with preparing classic cocktails and serving a variety of drinks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Provide friendly, engaging, professional service to guests throughout their experience.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
• Collaborate with bar, restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the bar and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure bar equipment and supplies are ready for service.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
• Adhere to licensing regulations, cash handling procedures and health and safety standards.
