Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Governance & Delivery Specialist in Bradford to provide first-line governance, change and control support across Supply Chain Management, ensuring activity is controlled, prioritised and delivered through clear processes.

You will coordinate change activity, strengthen process governance, maintain documentation and reporting, and communicate governance changes to stakeholders, enabling adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong governance discipline and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with governance frameworks, risk, controls and audit requirements.
• Attention to detail in maintaining documentation, templates and artefacts.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to simplify governance.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern change activity with visibility of actions, risks and decisions.
• Strengthen process governance and audit readiness with documentation and approvals.
• Maintain and improve processes, forms, templates and workflows.
• Maintain governance data, trackers and reporting inputs for visibility.
• Communicate governance changes and operating model developments to stakeholders.
