Job summary

Skipton International is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Change to lead governance, prioritisation and delivery of a broad change portfolio across the organisation. You will work closely with the Executive Committee and senior leaders to embed a modern, product-aligned approach to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognised project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM, PMI, AgilePM or Scrum Master certification.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery of change initiatives across the organisation.
• Embed robust change frameworks, governance and controls; promote agile delivery.
• Provide portfolio reporting and recommendations to Executive Committee and Board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expenditure for change initiatives.
• Develop and coach leaders as change sponsors; build a community of practice.
• Ensure consistent reporting and alignment of initiatives with strategic objectives.
