Job summary

Skipton International is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Change to lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery of change initiatives. You will shape a modern, product-aligned delivery approach and oversee a portfolio spanning business and technology change.

You will lead a team of PMs, Business Analysts and PMO professionals, embedding robust governance and promoting continuous improvement. A hands-on leader will report to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in change management and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritisation and delivery of change initiatives across Skipton International.
• Embed robust change frameworks, governance and controls while promoting agile ways of working.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and provide clear reporting, insight and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
