Computershare UK in Bristol is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to provide portfolio governance, reporting, and delivery controls across the Finance Change program. You will ensure standards, artefacts, and controls are applied consistently while partnering with global teams.

The role focuses on supporting change initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations, with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to drive outcomes across multiple business units.

Formación

• Experience in implementing PMO governance and project controls.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and governance gaps.
• Proven judgement managing priorities, requests and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support the consistent application of project delivery methodologies and PMO governance.
• Maintain project artefacts, ensuring they are up to date and compliant.
• Apply PMO standards, templates, and processes across planning and reporting.
• Produce clear project reporting and insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial variance.
• Coordinate projects, programmes, and portfolios within governance controls.
• Provide guidance on PMO standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilise Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence for delivery.
• Take ownership of PMO activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery and governance.
