Each shift is route-based, you’ll be provided with a tablet, survey materials, and ID to carry out your work confidently. You’ll work independently in public settings, with flexible, part-time shifts and free bus travel.

Qualifications

• Experience speaking to the public is beneficial.
• Comfort working independently in various locations.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)
