Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to get out and about in your local area, traveling across bus routes and stations to speak with passengers and help improve public transport across the UK.

Shifts are paid per shift, typically around 2–3 per week, flexible part-time work that fits around other commitments. You’ll work independently in public spaces, with training and support from Ipsos, and you’ll need a full driving licence and access to a car.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to the public.
• Ability to work independently in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
• Record responses accurately using survey tools
• Capture feedback on journeys and experiences
• Occasionally count passenger numbers
