Job summary

Ipsos is inviting you to join as a Field Market Research Interviewer, getting out and about in your local area across bus routes and stations to talk with passengers and help improve public transport across the UK. Each shift has a specific route and you’ll be provided with a tablet, survey materials and ID to carry out your work confidently.

Qualifications

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
• Shifts may involve bus travel or station-based surveying, typically around 3 hours.
