Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to travel locally, collecting passenger feedback on public transport across the UK. You will work on shift-based routes with provided materials, including a tablet and ID.

Shifts vary and are typically part-time, with opportunities for additional work and earnings. You’ll operate independently in public spaces, supported by Ipsos training and guidance.

Qualifications

• Confidence speaking to members of the public.
• Ability to work independently in varying locations.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible field work and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
