Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to travel locally and collect passenger feedback on public transport across the UK. You’ll be assigned routes, stops, or stations and provided with a tablet, survey materials, and ID to work confidently.

You will roam across bus routes, approach passengers, and conduct short surveys, while recording responses and noting feedback. Flexible, part-time shifts with free travel on surveyed buses are offered.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking with members of the public.
• Able to work independently in public settings.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Flexible, ongoing fieldwork opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)
