Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting experienced Construction Lecturers to support Further Education colleges across the North East on a flexible basis. This opportunity is suited to candidates with experience delivering Brickwork, Carpentry & Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Painting & Decorating, or Multi-Skills.

Role involves delivering engaging classroom and workshop lessons, assessing learner work, and helping learners achieve vocational qualifications.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 Construction qualification.
• Previous experience teaching Construction within Further Education.
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and workshop-based lessons for construction learners.
• Support learners to develop industry knowledge and practical skills.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and track learner progress and maintain a safe learning environment.
