Job summary

Bradford YMCA is seeking a dynamic part-time role within the Children, Young People and Families team. You will deliver whole family work and one-to-one support with children, young people and parents across homes, schools and community settings.

The post offers flexible hours (22.5 to 30 hours/week) with travel across the Bradford area, ongoing training, and access to development opportunities within a supportive YMCA environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering holistic support to children, young people (0–19) and families.
• Ability to work in diverse settings including homes, schools and community venues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver whole family work and one-to-one work with children, young people and parents.
• Support improved outcomes across early years development, health and family relationships.
• Work across community settings with travel where required.
