YMCA Bradford is seeking a Family Aide Worker to provide practical family support in the Bradford area, helping parents improve routines and parenting capacity while assisting children with school attendance and access to relevant services.

The role offers a flexible working environment with opportunities for internal progression and ongoing development. The post requires commitment to equal opportunity principles and may consider job share arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Support parents to implement routines and boundaries with their children
• Support parents to ensure their children attend school and monitor progress
• Direct work with children and young people to support access to services such as CAMHS, befriending and youth services
• Direct work with parents to improve parenting capacity through access to targeted services
• Keep accurate records of support on the Early Help Module (EHM) database
