Job summary

Family First Nurseries Group in Rochester, United Kingdom, is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications to join our flexible internal bank.

You’ll support EYFS delivery, maintain safeguarding standards, and enjoy weekly pay, a uniform, induction, and ongoing training as part of our Flex Partner team.

This role offers choice of shifts across local nurseries, progression opportunities, and a supportive environment for study or return-to-work.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education such as NVQ, CACHE or BTEC.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.
• Clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure daily tasks like hygiene maintenance and room setup meet high standards in our nurseries.
• Engage and Educate: implement the EYFS with fun, interactive activities stimulating learning.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
• Foster a Nurturing Environment: work with the team to create a cheerful, secure space for every child.
