Job summary

Family First Group in Colchester is seeking flexible Early Years Educators with Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications to join our internal bank of relief staff. You’ll support daily nursery routines, implement EYFS activities, ensure safeguarding and health & safety, and enjoy weekly pay, flexible shifts, and training opportunities.

This role offers varied locations across our nurseries, ongoing development, a supportive Flex Partner, and an inclusive team dedicated to high‑quality early years

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to high standards.
• Engage and Educate: implement the EYFS with interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding measures and health and safety standards.
• Foster a Nurturing Environment: create a cheerful, secure space where every child feels valued.
