Job summary

Family First is recruiting Early Years Educators with Level 2/3 Childcare or Early Years qualifications for flexible internal bank roles across locations. You will support nurseries with essential tasks, deliver EYFS activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear, effective communication in English (written and spoken).
• Energetic and empathetic with a passion for early years education.

Responsibilities

• Support daily nursery tasks including hygiene, room setup, and tidying to high standards.
• Engage children using EYFS-based activities to spark learning and curiosity.
• Maintain safeguarding and health and safety practices at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, nurturing environment for every child.
