Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a stimulating, child-centred setting for 2- to 5-year-olds in Norfolk. The role emphasises independence, curiosity, creativity and confidence through hands-on activities and play-based learning.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2/3 in Early Years and prior nursery experience, with strong communication skills and a passion for child development. This full-time post offers flexible shift patterns and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities
