Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking Flexible Children with Disabilities Practitioners to support children aged 0 to 18 across Lincolnshire. The role provides sessional support to Senior Practitioners, enabling breaks for families while ensuring safe, stimulating environments.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience working with children with disabilities. DBS update service registration is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children with disabilities or complex needs.
• Proven effective communication with professionals, staff and families.
• Experience working in an integrated team with social care and educational partners.

Responsibilities

• To provide high-quality sessional support for children with disabilities or complex health needs.
• Contribute to session planning aligned with EYFS and promote attainment and independence.
• Support Stay and Play and community sessions for 5–18 years olds.
• Help families access breaks while ensuring safe, welcoming environments.
