Job summary

Early Years Alliance in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learning and Disabilities Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 with disabilities or complex health needs. You will plan and facilitate sessions in Best Start centres and work with families to promote confidence and independence.

Join a dedicated team across Stamford, Spalding and Holbeach, with opportunities for professional development. Fixed-term for 12 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with full induction and benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children with disabilities or complex needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and families.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high‑quality Early support and learning provision for 0–5 years in Best Start centres.
• Plan and run sessions with activities promoting self‑confidence and independence.
• Assess and track progress using EHCP outcomes, Tapestry and Outcome Wheels.
• Support parents to access Local Offer and promote peer group participation.
