Job summary

Royal Mail in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across your round, adapting to daily changes and providing reliable service in all weather.

No two days are the same; you will drive and walk as part of your route, with driving assessment on start and shifts that can vary to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Willingness to drive and walk as part of daily rounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across your delivery area.
• Ensure items reach their destination safely and securely.
• Handle and deliver election materials and certain items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and weather conditions.
