Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels with care, and you may complete parts of your route on foot to ensure on-time delivery.

You'll need a full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. The role offers flexible shifts and is a great way to stay active while serving the community.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and community-facing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and be active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to a defined route in your community.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and complete parts of your route on foot as required.
• Ensure safe, secure delivery of all items, including handling election materials where applicable.
