Job summary

Angard Recruitment, on behalf of Royal Mail, is hiring flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You will drive a Royal Mail van across your round and deliver letters and parcels, with walking components and safety in mind.

A full UK driving licence with up to six points, fitness to walk up to 20,000 steps daily, and the ability to adapt to changing shifts are essential. Training and a driving assessment will be part of joining.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances (up to 20,000 steps) daily.
• Shifts can vary; ability to adapt at short notice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels.
• Drive a delivery van and occasionally walk parts of your route, ensuring items reach destinations safely.
