Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of the service in your community, delivering letters and parcels by van and on foot, across a UK delivery area.

Shifts vary (Day, Dawn, Evening, Night) with pay rates shown in the pay rates section. A UK full, manual driving licence with up to 6 points is required, along with fitness to walk long distances.

Qualifications

• Driving licence: Full, manual UK licence with up to 6 points.
• Must be physically fit to walk long distances and handle bags.
• Willingness to work varying shift patterns on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across a local area by van and on foot.
• Ensure items reach destinations safely and on time, following Royal Mail standards.
