Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers to work with Royal Mail in Harrow. You will deliver letters and parcels, drive a Royal Mail van and walk parts of your route, providing dependable service in diverse conditions.

The role involves varied shifts, outdoor activity, and a strong community focus. A full UK driving licence (max 6 points) is required, with a driving assessment to pass at start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels within your community, driving a Royal Mail van and walking parts of your route.
• Handle and deliver election materials and other items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and stay active on the move across your route.
