Job summary

Angard Recruitment supports Royal Mail in staffing for delivery roles across Market Harborough and surrounding areas. As a Post Person with Driving, you will drive a Royal Mail van and occasionally walk parts of your route to deliver letters and parcels with care and a friendly, helpful attitude.

You’ll need a full UK manual licence (max six points), fitness to walk long distances, and a willingness to adapt to changing shift patterns. A driving assessment is required on start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Prepared to walk long distances and handle a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts may vary; reliable team player needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels along your route, face-to-face with the community.
• Navigate your delivery area, including items requiring careful handling.
• Work flexibly; pass a driving assessment at start.
