Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible post persons with driving on a temporary basis. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels with pride.

This role combines driving a Royal Mail van with walking parts of the route, staying active, and serving the public. Shifts vary, and a driving assessment is required on start. Angard Recruitment supports the assignment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physical Fitness: able to walk long distances and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Flexibility: shifts vary and require adaptability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Royal Mail delivering letters and parcels in your community.
• Drive a Royal Mail van around your delivery area and complete parts on foot.
• Deliver all items safely and in line with business standards.
