Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a flexible Post Person with Driving to join our team. You’ll drive a Royal Mail van across your route, with parts completed on foot to deliver letters and parcels with care and service excellence.

You’ll need a full, manual UK driving licence with up to six points, be physically active (up to 20,000 steps daily) and adapt to shifting schedules. A driving assessment will be required on start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.
• Be prepared to walk about 20,000 steps per day and handle mailbags up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area, with some on-foot portions.
• Safely deliver all items on your route while upholding Royal Mail standards.
