Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in schools or related environments.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Calm, professional approach with good communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships quickly.
• Experience supporting ALN or behavioural needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour confidently and effectively.
• Support students to stay engaged and focused throughout lessons.
• Adapt to different school settings and age groups.
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures.
